Economy - HEAVIER PACKAGES (5-8 Business Days): $9.00
Standard (3-4 Business Days): Free After Spending $50+

Economy International (6-18 Business Days): $16.00

Current Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

Please keep in mind that I am one person and I also have a full time job that I work at Tuesday-Friday, so it is possible that processing times could be extended in the future. If this is something that happens, I will be sure to update all customers with new processing time.
Cancellations
If you’d like to cancel your order, you have 24 hours after the purchase is made to cancel. After the 24 hour window has passed, cancellations can no longer be accepted. Please email me at nebuladreamdesigns@gmail.com to begin the cancellation process or if you have any questions.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
All sales for Nebula Dream Designs are final. We don't not accept refunds or returns at this time. As for exchanges, if you receive your order and an item is damaged, please email me with a photo of the damaged item and I will be happy to send a replacement or offer you shop credit for the damaged item(s). Please contact me if you have any questions regarding this process.
Delayed Orders
Shipping provider delays do not fall under my liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.
