1. "How do I download an insert?"

When you purchase a digital from Nebula Dream Designs, an email will be sent to you with the downloadable files. You should then click the link provided in the email and an instant download should start. If the download does not start, please contact me during the appropriate customer service hours and I will help you through the download process step by step. 

2. "How do I print/cut an insert?"

Instructions on how to print and cut are provided with every digital insert purchased. If you need further help, please feel free to contact me.

3. "Do you offer Sunday start inserts?"

Yes, Nebula Dream Designs does offer Sunday start inserts. When you purchase a digital insert, you will get both Monday and Sunday starts of that insert. If you happen to place an order and see that there is no Sunday start included in the folder, please contact me!

4. "How often do you release new items?"

I am currently not on a set schedule for new releases but, at a minimum, hoping to have something new in the shop every month.

5. "Do you accept returns/refunds?"

Please read here for information on refunds, returns and exchanges. 

6. "How many sizes do you offer in the shop?"

I currently offer 10 sizes: Pocket, Pocket XL, A6, Personal, Personal Wide, FC Compact, Mini Happy Planner, Half Letter, A5 and A5 Wide. 

I do not have plans to bring any other sizes to the shop at this time.

*AT THE MOMENT, SOME INSERTS DO NOT HAVE ALL 12 SIZES AVAILABLE BUT THEY WILL BE ADDED AT A LATER DATE*

7. "If I buy the inserts can you print and cut them for me?"

Nebula Dream Designs does not offer any printing and cutting services.

8. "Do you take request?"

At this time, I am not taking any size or insert request.
